The Data Controller is I.S.C. Italian Style Class S.r.l., with registered office in Milan, Via Guastalla 5, VAT no. 12460530962, e-mail: info@italianstyleclass.com (hereinafter, the “Controller”).
The Controller processes the following categories of personal data:
Data collected during navigation or the use of media applications, such as data on user behavior recorded through cookies or similar technologies, as detailed in the Cookie Policy available on the site.
Navigation data, including IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of access, and pages visited.
Data provided voluntarily by the user via contact forms or e-mail communications (first name, last name, e-mail, possible telephone number, and message content).
Personal data are provided directly by the user (e.g., creating an account on the website or app, during showrooms, events, or purchases), collected passively through tracking tools such as cookies, or through third parties (e.g., social media hosts). The site does not perform online sales and therefore does not collect payment data.
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
a) To enable navigation and the correct functioning of the site (art. 6, par. 1, let. f GDPR).
b) To manage requests sent by the user through contact channels (art. 6, par. 1, let. b GDPR).
c) To comply with legal obligations or requests from authorities (art. 6, par. 1, let. c GDPR).
d) To send informative or promotional communications, only with prior consent (art. 6, par. 1, let. a GDPR).
Processing is carried out using computer and electronic tools, with logic strictly related to the indicated purposes and in compliance with the technical and organizational security measures provided by the GDPR.
Personal data are stored:
For the time necessary to fulfill the user’s requests
For the period imposed by regulatory obligations.
Until the withdrawal of consent, for processing based on consent.
Personal data may be communicated to entities acting as data processors or authorized parties, such as:
IT and hosting service providers.
Technical and professional consultants.
Data will not be subject to dissemination.
Should certain services involve the transfer of data to non-EU countries, such transfer will take place in compliance with art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR, through adequate safeguards.
The data subject may exercise the rights referred to in art. 15-22 of the GDPR at any time, including:
Access, rectification, and erasure of data.
Restriction of or opposition to processing.
Withdrawal of consent.
The right to receive information on processing methods, to correct inaccurate data, and to update or integrate incomplete data.
The Controller must respond to requests within the terms provided by current regulations. Requests can be sent to info@italianstyleclass.com. In case of no response or an unsatisfactory response, the data subject may contact the Supervisory Authority.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
